The Zifri Boarding House

Disclaimer: This is currently the bare bones as I flesh things out and try and get the ball rolling and may be subject to tweaks and changes from other players imput or as the direction of the Coven and Boarding House change.

What is the Zifri Boarding House?
The Zifri Boarding House is a place for wayward travelers or those seeking sanctuary. Tucked away and secluded in Vvanderfell the boarding house is rather well hidden and not so easily found through simply happening upon such. Those who do would have a difficult time finding it once more without a Portal Seed. That have been begun to be spread about with the advertisement of offering respite and sanctuary to the wayward.

On its surface, the boarding house is an idyllic haven far from people or any city. The property is surrounded by a high sturdy wall that helps one feel safe within its confines. The lovely display is but a mask for its main occupant, a Vampire seeking a coven and family of her own. Despite such, the boarding house and the Vampiric rp are not entirely entwined and will often diverge to pursue separate interests. The boarding house will act primarily as a conduit to bring stories together from various other characters stories. As well as provide the opportunity for those who want to be apart of House Zifri's own story. The boarding house is neutral and allows those involved to help steer and craft the shared story among those choosing to take part in either aspect.

Themes?
While House Zafri may have heavy rp aspects that are dark and mature, the boarding house rp will be largely determined by those involved from casual lite rp such as drinking and talking. To plotting grand adventures, heists or assassinations.

Roles?
The current roles i have considered are
Coven members (both vampire and those who are ally or servant to such)
House Staff (This can be a mix of players from other roles as well, such as someone lending their skill, trade or service for lodgings)
Boarders (Those both in the know and oblivious to the houses true occupants, these can be short term or long term individuals)

What/will events will occur?
There will be events, though it will in part depend on the direction of how players steer such.

Before joining I stress players to consider if this is the fit for them and if they want to be apart of a collective story and not a story focused more so on only them. There will be a short duration of trial for everyone to feel things out for you the player to see if its a good fit for you and us to see if we believe you will help further improve the experience of everyone involved.

Misc Info:
* Seeking a small/medium sized guild
* I decided to make this as inclusive as possible by having my character create/use "Portal" seeds which are connected to a crystal within the property. Allowing someone to Portal/jump there from almost anywhere should they be desperate or willing enough to use the seed.
* This is still currently very much in its bare bones stage and largely only boarding house rp as my character does not possess the ability to turn others yet. She may consider forming a coven with other covenless vampires should they prove of similarity to her
* Should things take off well a forum may be considered.
* Monster type characters will be expected to conceal such (such as vamps/were) as outright exposure to the boarding house should be seen as having fatal repercussions. We will never try to forcibly perma another players character. But we ask players to treat exposure as a very serious thing that your character should fear for them self and others they may put at risk of such.
